There are 3 Main Nucleotide Sequence Databases that are synchronized or updated daily and publicly available.

1- GenBank (National Center for Biotechnology Information).

2- EMBL (European Bioinformatics Institute).

3- DDBJ (DNA Databank Of Japan).
